The easiest way to find out is to browse their sites. I went through them briefly and the first one uses Invision PowerBoard as their forum. I don't that IPB is open-source (at least according to their license policy).

they dont want to show that they are using open source soft so they have gone though php page carefully and may be removed or edit name of maker

so browsing doesnt help
i dont mean that either they are using open suroce or not (whole site)
for first greeting site i think that greet system is open source
seond one i think that whole site is open source soft
and third may be that greeting is open source........

1. Why do you care? Noy trying to pick a fight, but what do you gain/lose if they are using some kind of open source? Do you want to go use the same source, or what?
claim that they have made these section but i dont quite believe them
2. Why not? I don't see anything very sophisticated here, nothing that a reasonably competentent web programmer couldn't put together in a reasonable time. It's pretty error-free, but that doesn't mean open source to me, so mech as it suggests careful craftmanship.

Is the subject matter and market potential worth the time and effort expended (assuming it's not open source)? Well, according to my wife, neither is my web site.

I'm not trying to be argumentative, but what's your point?

Maybe it's his open-source, and one of the Terms of use was that the name wasn't removed?

I put some hidden bits in my forum that would show up to search engines so I could see who was using them and shout at them if they removed the name :)
