Rapid prototyping

I'm currently working on an PHP organizer/day planner/email manager/newsletter/contacts software application as I couldn't find anything available that did quite what I need or want :)

Anyways, I'm dabbling with design in PS, getting the navigation, layout, design hashed out before I splice into HTML design and eventually TL templates :P

I'm tinkering with PS and it dawns on me...that if there were a plugin/addon which added HTML FORM elements, etc that would be soooo cool :)

I've always captured a screenshot, cut out comboboxes, etc and pasted in my layouts, but having a tool like Visual Basic, to quickly draw HTML elements would make my life alot easier :)

Anyone know if such as thing exists? I'm not really interested in using saved images of elements either as resizing is often a pain...

Vector drawn controls would be ideal :)

I use Illustrator.. built (and build) my own prototypes. I've used Visio a few times when I didn't have Illustrator handy... and Dreamweaver in a pinch..

I don't have Illustrator :( or dreamweaver...

I've considered using a WYSIWYG editor before, but the problem is...I like getting the deign down while in the process of prototyping a GUI...

Kill 2 birds with one stone :)
