Supposedly you can test how a web page will render in Safari using this link...
Thats kinda nifty

Oh! Very nice indeed. I wanted to try out some DHTML to see if it worked but I can't do that
There was another site like this last year but the server load was always too high and you had to wait to use it.

Yea...it'd be pretty hard to test javascript using a static image as output
One thing positive about javascript is the language itself is probably pretty standard across the board...it's the DOM that kills you, but thankfully most features of every browsers DOM have been documented over and over again as comparison charts, etc...
Call me lazy, but if my JS works in IE and FF on Windows...I'm happy
Shame on those who use anything else

Funny, I put shame on people using IE.. Encouraging a convicted predatory monopolist?

Encouraging...is a strong word...I usually tell most people to go with FF...but myself...I use IE...It's faster, in my experience and likely always will be on Windows platforms...
Sure it has it's security problems
But all software does...as long as your careful and know what your doing (I don't install activeX, etc) and browse only appropriate sites with IE...
That is, I don't surf for pron, free music, games, etc using IE
I have never experienced a browser hijack...
So yea...I personally use IE...although I'd like tabbed browsing...I can wait...

all i can say is wow. I have never met a legitimate web developer who enjoys using IE. FF is so much better in every way.... speed is better in IE? absolutely not.

No, we don't. You can choose any browser you want... Except Internet Explorer

I use both IE and FF, because each serve me for different purposes. I post on another webmaster board and half use FF and half use IE.
