Upgrade from stable release to beta? It seems kinda weird to me.

Announcement states there's the possibility that no upgrade option will be made from the Beta to eventual RC. I don't see the mods installing the Beta than manually upgrading in the future by trawling across all the files and database tables...;).

Its unstable, barely tested, and may not have an upgrade path to RC.

I would say upgrading a production site of this size would be a bad decision unless there were other factors to consider.

I'll be waiting for the second stable release for some of my phpBB boards. You know how first releases are...

Thanks for throwing that up. I haven't been able to find a working version.
Real programmers don't comment their code. If it was hard to write, it should be hard to understand.

I like the attachment feature. I'm not sure that would be practical for a site like this though. I did get an error when I clicked on an image attachment while not logged in though.

I thought it was pretty cool. I am for sure going to be waiting a while before doing anything with, but the little that did work was pretty cool.
