wireless internet program

hello. dont know if this is the right place to post this.
is there a software that helps you control and administer the wireless connection? that helps you to see how its distributed, which user is getting the most load, etc?

Wouldn't that highly depend on what is serving the wireless connection? I don't think most routers have such a feature (natively)

Yes, your router firmaware should have some basic loggin. At least to the point of checking who's connected and MAC addresses etc. Load measuring is a bit more advanced, but if you use a UNIX/Linux system to distribute your internet then you could do that pretty easily too. Generally using a really old low spec linux box is a great way to make a really advanced router.
You can get some D-Link routers which have a linux based firmware on them which you can SSH onto and wave a magic wand.
