TiddlyWiki

Post by Buddha443556 »

Ran across this neat little Wiki that's all in one HTML file and thought I'd share: TiddlyWiki

Seemed interesting if nothing else.

All in one file. Interesting.... but isn't that going to get messy? I guess it's not intended for use on things where you're going to have literally masses of entries.

I got a warning about a script on the page causing Firefox to hang and had to click "Stop Script". Not sure what that was for (FF 1.5.0.4 linux).

It's interesting what some people stumble upon and share with us.... free publicity for the author of course too :)

I can think of only a few applications where it might work but none of them online though. I think it would make a good project notebook - change log, TODO list, kludges etc - at least for me. It's definitely given me some ideas.

I broke Firefox with Tiddly when I clicked "save changes" and x'ed out of the security warning last night. I was getting that "Stop Script" every where on the web till I set dom.max_script_run_time to 30.
