Help desk

Hi,

I’ve been “googling” for a good help desk, what I would like is to be able to find one that can communicate with Acomba (fortune 1000) accounting system. I’ve been using Act for CRM, but if anyone knows a program that would combine CRM and a help desk (time billing) together, id be more happy.

My main issue is I’m working with different database right now.. one for Acomba (accounting) and one that the sales person are using (act!). But Act can't keep track of multiple machines per clients. Or can't take care of Time billing...

Anyways, any suggestion would be appreciated.

I guess I'm way too specific...
