Is there anything you don't know/can't find? You are amazing.
<off-topic>
I work with a guy that, for a long time, if you needed anything, I mean anything, all you had to do was ask. He had two of them. One in his desk at work, the other in his garage at home. 'You need a rolodex, square or rotating?'... 'A long body stapler, yeah I got one of those'... 'A flashlight that sits on your hat so you can use both hands to work at night? What color band do you want?'.
You remind me of him sometimes.

At work, people send me random movie quotes, and have me identify them. 8 out of 10 times, if I have seen the movie, I can do it from memory. One coworker calls me "Mr. Movie".Everah wrote:Is there anything you don't know/can't find? You are amazing.
I'm the same way about news and online info. I read an insane amount online everyday, and have fairly strong recall, so if someone brings up a related issue, I can in a short period of time, usually find the link.
Humorously, there are two things I don't know, and can't find. I have absolutely no sense of directions whatsoever (I can literally get lost 7 miles from my house, without a problem), and I have extremely poor memory when it comes to people's names. They are both associative memory events, and thats what I am strong at, so you would think I would do well.. but even Superman has his Kryptonite, right?
So yes, there are plenty of things I can't nail. But movies, songs, and online info? Thats my strong suit.

1) "I would have liked to have seen Montana"
Hmm. Thats a challenge. I could say either Monty Python (Lumberjack Song), or even Rocky and Bullwinkle, but I'll admit, I don't remember this scene.seodevhead wrote:2) What movie was someone reading a book named "Canadian Mounted"?
Jaws. And it was a song.seodevhead wrote:3) "Farewell and adieu to you fair spanish ladies.."
