Gave it up 1.5 years ago. But not ...by force. I guess smoking time was simply over.
Still feels good anyway

I quit cold turkey, about 8 months after I stopped chewing my nails...
I figured if I could stop chewing my nails, which I've done since practically day one, I could stop smoking...
Haven't touched a smoke in 6 months now probably...don't keep track as I never plan on smoking a cigarette again
p.s-I tried about 20 times before that with no long term success, now a couple months later it's no problem, in fact smoke bothers me now

you should really let the word "something" be allowed the the search as an allowed key. it's relevant if searching the titles
anyways, after that terrible grammar and spelling, i just want to say that i'm on my 7th week and i'm pretty proud of myself
