well that's why i said start with C#. you'd learn it in a few hours. after you setup the IDE learning comes real easy and C# is honestly really trivial. i shot gun coded a MySQL based inventory management software in less than a week for this company until they scraped it. and i taught myself in that week as well lmao

then move down to like C++ and C.

if you start with C you might get frustrated very easilly

and yes, pointers rule. sucks i don't remember how to use them lmao!

well, that's a lie. i just won't be nearly as efficent with them as i should be. it's just that there are alot of nuances with them that you'd have to learn.

learn on Visual Stuido or an IDE that will hold your hand thru it at least a little bit
