Uh, yeah. Your buddy in 'nam, he didn't happen to have gone to have his shoes shined, did he? Something about 'he can't find his legs'? Hmmph.seodevhead wrote:Rambo??? What the hell are you all talking about? I was talking about my experience in the Army and our unit's commanding officer.
Sorry, I didn't take the thread OT, just helping a little.
And to you Ninja Space Goat, I say: you're taking her to Fort Bragg? Have you lost your senses?

The whole situation in Nam was no joke. Sounds like my buddy Johnny's story. We were in town for the night and a young boy came up to johnny with a shine box... saying "shine, shine". That day I will never forget. All we talked about was heading home and going for a ride in his 57' chevy. We were going to ride till the wheels fell off.bdlang wrote:Uh, yeah. Then we get home and get greeted by all these protestors, spitting at us, calling us baby killers. Who are they? Who are they to judge me unless they've been me and been there? And I now have these dreams... these dreams of the horrors.. and I can't get it out of my mind.
