Did it come with XP on to start with? If so you can order the recovery disks from Packard Bell. Their contact details are on Microsofts website

it did indeed! I still have the original XP instal it's just a dual boot with Ubuntu...so theres 4 partitions now on a tiny drive I need to start from scratch really.
Windows XP ntfs partition
Win XP INstall partition
Swap Disk ext3 partition
Ubuntu ? partition

Yeah I can use GPARTED but the problem is the fact that my MBR is on the linux partition so if I delete it, My PC won't boot onto any drive...If I knew more about LINUX I'd empty that particular partition and just keep the MBR...help anyone?
