Overall, very well written. It's a persuasive essay, so the reader would definately want to use HTML Purifier. One thing I noticed (that may be obvious to other readers) is how the other libraries handle the additional features HTML Purifier does. UTF-8, etc.
Set Search Time - A google chrome extension. When you search only results from the past year (or set time period) are displayed. Helps tremendously when using new technologies to avoid outdated results.

Yeah, I could do that.Have you ever thought of a table to use as your outline? It is very difficult to effectively compare the packages without seeing them side-by-side (at least for my sorry keester).
