Are you saying that buying 1 ticket a week for 100 weeks has the same odds as buying 100 tickets for 1 week? Coz that's not true.

Extrapolate it to buying 14 million tickets and you'll see why.

No, I said purchasing the same number of tickets for each drawing has equal odds for each drawing.

This has no bearing on the same total quantity of tickets purchased over a variable number of drawings.
