I am curious about what FTP client most of you all use. I'm thinking about switching some time soon.

FireFTP lately, although I used Filezilla, WS_FTP and Windows' command line one previously.

Isn't fireftp a firefox extension? If I know what I'm talking about, I don't like the interface that much

"ftp" mostly
I've just used Nautilus in Gnome if I need a GUI though. Wouldn't mind finding a ncurses version to use too.
The only time I really use FTP is to upload to sourceforge for release since I use scp most of the time.

Used to use LeapFTP (lightweight, does its job well), but recently switched to SmartFTP, a free client with some nice features and a good layout. Both are win32 apps.

FileZilla for me, although I can't say I've tried any of the alternatives (although I did try FireFTP and had a bad experience with it: maybe I should give it another go)

i like to use clients that don't "drop the call". so i use Smart FTP. the second best i've used was in DreamWeaver. all the others suck to me personally. either it's too much work to set up, no drag and drop, pay or use, loses connections.
smart FTP does it well enough and with tabs which i've always been a fan of. if it was only alot lighter then i'd orgasim over it lol

Since I run linux, finding a good gui ftp client has been HELL... Currently I'm using either gFtp (piece of crap), but recently i've been using Filezilla's 3.0 alpha (it's being re-written to be cross platform... finally).
Other than Nautilus, if anyone else has any decent linux based gui ftp clients, please lemme know!

On Linux I use Konqueror or GFTP.
On Windows Filezilla.
