Does anybody here use multiple monitors?

I'm looking for a program that automatically selects the window when the mouse hovers over it.

Huh? I'm not sure what you mean? You mean when you move your mouse to the other window it auto-selects it?
Both Gnome and KDE in Linux have this feature if you enable window focus on hover rather than onclick.

I mean so If I'm writing this message now and I work a bit of code out and I only remember it for a few seconds then I can quickly swipe my mouse over to the next monitor with a terminal open and it selects that window so I can start typing quickly, rather than typing it on this window.
I've got 'Doze on my system. Fear not, I'm not running a 'Doze server aswell

I don't quite get that. If you've moved the mouse to the next monitor, a simple click gives it focus, doesn't it?
Anyway, depending on your video card, nVidia and ATI have utilities that may (or may not) do that -> search for "nView" and "Hydravision".

I agree. I was hoping to remove the click part.

Actually, I just remembered TweakUI and the X-Mouse setting which will give a window focus on hover.

Windows supports this via X-Mouse behavior. Depending on your control panel, it may be an option, but it's always available in TweakUI's.

Might be in MS Power toys as well. Can't remember for sure. It's free.
