Database Design Creator (GUI)

i was hanging around on this site looking at the cart tutorial and i found this image:

is there a free program to do that? i don't care fr browser based tech to do things like this but if you find it that way i don't care. i know it's not UML but i have seen it before and the name escapes me. does anyone on this fine site happen to know what i'm searching for or know of one off hand, free preferably :thumbup:

Any of the UML editors (visual) should be able to produce this sort of diagram.

i'm gonna check out fabforce tonight. that thing is pretty cool. i'd love to play with ming but i'm not gonna pay, bleh lol

this is for proprietary (sp) software that i'm developing.

i want to use one because doing it all in my head is great and all, but slow.
