On any forum on any webpage, ever.
Highest I have seen it over 50,000.

For a forum? phpBB at 2,271,435 as of 8:39 AM PST on October 20, 2006 (just now). Or for a user?

I've seen users on a few community sites with 100,000+ posts.
Set Search Time - A google chrome extension. When you search only results from the past year (or set time period) are displayed. Helps tremendously when using new technologies to avoid outdated results.
