ima write a script to ping my 2 dedicated servers every X minutes to check if they're up. just for fun. but i can't think of anything cool to do if they're down. sure, i could pop open a browser window saying 'server x is down', but that just doesn't sound cool.

Depends on your carrier, for Verizon (USA) use your phone number then @vtext.com 5555551212@vtext.com there is a list somewhere of the other email to sms per each carrier.
