Firefox 2.0 acting really slow
Ever since I've updated to Firefox 2.0, I've been irked by a severe performance regression that, it seems, no one else is seeing. It occurs when I have a large amount of tabs open (five-ish or more). Switching between tabs or closing them takes an agonizing half second or more, something that (if my memory serves me correctly) was near instantaneous in Firefox 1.5. This is completely unacceptable.
The extensions I have installed are thus:
Adblock Filterset.G Updater
Adblock Plus
ColorZilla
CookieSafe
DOM Inspector
Download Statusbar
DownThemAll!
Greasemonkey
httpOnly
IE View
NoScript
ReloadEvery
Sage
Stylish
Talkback
Tamper Data
View Cookies
Web Developer
Anyone know what's going on? For now, I think I might downgrade to 1.5 until I can find the offending extension.

Hmm... that doesn't help much, since Greasemonkey are the only two extensions we both have installed. But posting extension lists could be very helpful! Can anyone else help?
I would presume GMail would be slow because it uses a lot of JavaScript and Firefox 2.0 updated its JavaScript engine.
I just reinstalled Firefox to no avail. I'm going to try a clean account next.

Actually, this is the second extension I've gone through for easy cookie preference changes, the first one was cookie button which totally mutilated the context menus in Firefox 2.0.

It's actually mentioned here: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2497/ in the comments, something that my Google searches didn't catch.
