If so, what is the best thing (in your opinion) that you make?

I can make a mean Lasagna and also a very good salmon filet with hearty mashed potatoes....mmm.

I can cook pretty well but I don't tend to do it unless I'm cooking for guests or I'm just cooking something quick.

I reckon my token dish would have to be Beef Stifado (it's a Greek dish with Beef, Red Wine (lots of!), Shallots, Tomato, some sweet spices and a dash of vinegar, cooked for *at least* 3 hours in the oven).

Usually my housemate cooks for all of us which has sort of become the norm now and I just cook on occassion.

I can BBQ just about anything REALLY well. I'm a BBQ master! Other than that, the only thing I can say I can cook really well is breakfast. I make a delicious breakfast burrito, a breakfast sandwich that is to DIE for, and a pretty darn good omelet.

Oh yea... and spaghetti.

I cook a bunch of different dishes quite well, but I one doesn't stand out amongst the rest for me.

no, there's definitely an art to BBQ'ing. At least BBQ'ing properly. Seasoning is important, marinating, but most important is having the right equipment....if ya know what I mean Image

I like to mix sliced onions, garlic, apples, oranges, and vinegar in a bucket... then I pour it over hot coals, and let it steam up into the meat after it's about half-way cooked. It makes the meat so juicy... give it a try next time you BBQ.

I'd be too scared a loads of coal dust would launch up at my meat, I mean the BBQs meat, I mean the meat that's on the BBQ...

I thought the idea of a BBQ was to make your food all black and hard!?

Well I don't know about all that... but I do know that it makes the meat taste unbelievable.
