Neat flash apps aren't really considered "web 2.0" by most people. I personally call them "Web 1.5"
That seems like similar technology to that one beer company site with the female who did whatever you typed.
This only differs from that because it has search results in the application.
BTW, she is extremely annoying IMO

A flash application shouldnt even be called "Web whatever".
