My rant of Mozilla

Mozilla seems to always disappoint me whenever I download and install it onto my computer. I keep coming back every few months to see if it has improved, and barely anything has changed. ;/
While visiting my current project's layout, obviously Mozilla doesn't understand HTML as well as Internet Explorer does. ;/
Maybe in a year or two Mozilla will be decent enough to use, but many many features on it need to be improved, and loading the browser into the tray needs to go.

Well, Phoenix (based on mozilla, but much lighter) is an excellent browser, and my choice (even over IE when I am on the Windows machine).
As far as rendering HTML, I am surprised. I actually find it difficult to write HTML that doesnt' work well in both browsers.

Well, go to my beta layout in both browsers:

IE - just fine
Mozilla - I was amazed how bad it looked...

With all the free information out there, why would someone want to pay for it?

phice: gandered at your site mith the latest mozilla (v1.2.1) and it looked fine to me. aside from some minor spacing issues it looked no different from what IE6 showed me.
try to remember that it is not Mozilla that is faulting at the html rendering but rather it is IE. IE fails in so many ways, especially when it comes to the boxmodel (which appears to be your issue).

I've talked with the creator of devArticles. We may be joining together to help the education of PHP. Just trying to make the design of PPHP look like the others.

Ever heard "Read the manual!"? I intend to move away from that nature of learning for my members, and take a Step by Step, easy learning process, rather then letting them struggle reading the manual.
