liking the new colors

.
i would just echo what mac said about the flash navigation, its a bit overkill and navigation is broken if the user dosen't have flash for whatever reason.
to help readability try using a type face that is sans-serif. serifs are great for print but when it comes to screen display serifs just get in the way. Verdana is a good choice.

my only complaint would be the color combo.
IMO rainbow header with two ugly blueish green colors looks too "first time web designer-ish"~

Hello again i did have some forums up today but i realized the host was very poor , so i have sorted out another host and hopefuly there will be forums up within the next 2 days.
Also i have got the site a Games admin who will be:
1. Keeping us upto date on all updates to our favourite mods and games.
2. Helping us out with were we can get loads of goodies from like maps, rcon proggys, skins and all that kind off stuff.
He knows the in's and out's of it. Join #gbr on quakenet.eu.org he will know more. his name is Mat.
Anything you want to know ask him or myself.
Thanks all.

RNIB audit of my company's website and am thus currently constantly thinking about accessibility - you really should have ALT text for that banner, without it if person surfing the site can't see the pics your site's header is lost on them.
Although theoretically you shouldn't have to worry about that because your site isn't government related.
I too had to deal with all the RNIB stuff for the V&A Museum... Took stupid amounts of time, especially since we had to essentially recatalogue every photographed exhibit with extra text.
Stupid government institutions.
Also, one thing to work by is 700 x 500. Even though people may have a minium resolution of 800 x 600 doesn't mean IE has that whole space to play with. It's best to use 700 x 500 because of the task bar in windows, the status bar in IE and the vertical scrollbar in IE.
You might want to think about using gifs instead of jpegs. You get better color optimisation, which removes the blurriness of your logos and such.
