I looked around at one point, but didn't find any that I thought would suit my needs. What tools have you found so far?

i have used DB Designer for data modelling but that had bugs.
I have tried EA 4.5 but I could not use the 6.5. 4.5 did not have all features to be with UML 2.0.

I looked at Posieden at one time but slow. In in the end I just used VISIO. Not flash but gets the job done.

Same here. I have tried a few, but just end up going back to VISIO as you can paste/edit visio diagrams it in word docs and more people (at least in the Business Environment) have visio installed.

An effective and simple UML modeling tool exists inside Openoffice.org DRAW. I highly recommend it as I've tried visio and others and the Openoffice one seemed to be the most intuitive and simple.

You can download the Openoffice Suite at: http://www.openoffice.org

enjoy.
