One year less

Post by matthijs »

Ok, I know I cannot share any personal info here.

But lets just say someone ;) talked to his girlfriend last night about his birthday today and getting 33 years old. But then she told him: "no you silly, not 33, you'll be 32 tomorrow!" Wow, how good must that feel, to be a full year younger suddenly! :)

Once you hit mid-twenties, the ability to immediately recall your age without counting becomes dulled. I guess it's your brain informing you that the average life expectancy of the Human male was not always in the 70's...;). Count your blessings, you picked a good century to be born into.

I am constantly not remembering my age. Mostly because I act like a 12 year old most of the time. And because I hate to remind myself that I, too, am 32.

Yea because where's the fun in being older than 12?? Life rules as a 12-year-old. :D

I'd rather stay in my late twenties body with mid-to-late thirties mental state than regress back to tweens.

Hehe, you're probably right :) But as Feyd said, math is difficult as well.. :?

O well, I just came home from a nice dinner with my closest friends (couldn't afford a big party) in a nice french restaurant, so I'm happy whatever my age.

So what happens in your mid-sixties? (Which is where I think I am.)
