Phpadvisory.com related to devnetwork?

Does anyone know what the relation of
http://www.phpadvisory.com/ is with devnetwork? The about info is a bit sparse on that site, but there are a couple of prominent links to the devnetwork, which make it seem like the sites are related. A whois didn't bring up much either.
As it is a site about security I'm interested in who is behind it.

The whole idea behing the Developer's Network when it began many years ago was that we were a network a sites realted to PHP development. That's where our member forums come from:
viewforum.php?f=16
This forum here (i.e. the thing everybody now knows as DevNetwork) was mainly supposed to be a central discussion forum. There have been many talks among the current moderator team in the past 2 years about a revival.
We do still have some active member sites though. PHPClasses.org here, EvilWalrus (~aaronhall here).

That's interesting. So the phpadvisory.com site is or has been one of the members of the network?
The link you give doesn't result in a forum by the way. Were should it link to?

Oh, that's odd. It is a forum. Perhaps it's restricted to mods only. We did have a little clean up some time ago after contacting owners of the member sites to see where they were at if I remember correctly.
It should have linked to a forum aptly named "PHPAdvisory.com" in the same category as PHPMac.com and PHPClasses.org
