OH yea and I'm pretty sure I started a thread on this like some time last year, but since the date is inching closer every day, I need to get this trip planned.

Going to Europe...
I'm going to be going to Europe this summer, and I still haven't really planned out what I'm going to do, but since I don't know any other languages, and because I am interested in it's history, I'm thinking of visiting England. I will probably make a stop in Germany as well. If anybody has any advice to give me, please do. I need as much advice as possible... cheap airlines, transportation, places to see... etc. are all welcome!

fly easy-jet if you are going to fly. Its so cheap, you can end up paying like 12 euros round trip to cities, you just have to pay airport taxes which are like 50 euros each way.
you can get a supra cheap train pass to be able to take a train anywhere in europe if you are a student and that would probably be the cheapest to go the most places.
I recommend Berlin a lot as its freakin huge. You can spend a week there and not see it all and they have cool tours and stuff in English.
If you make it as far east as Estonia I of course recommend Tallinn, as it's my favorite city but thats quite far away from the main European countries.
I also recommend going to as many places where you cant speak their language as possible and trying to find some friends. That is a lot of fun and adventurous.

I'd be surprised if there is a european country where they don't understand you... (In my experience the average european is fluent in at least two languages...)The Ninja Space Goat wrote:but since I don't know any other languages, and because I am interested in it's history, I'm thinking of visiting England..

Although it does remind me of the new shorts I got for Christmas
