People aren't paid on their credit cards. They may be credited, but that's not payment for services.
What you're referring to is called a Merchant Account. You can either get one yourself, or go through another party that handles a lot of the work for you. PayPal can accept payments. You aren't required to have a credit card to have a PayPal account.

The money resides on your paypal account, until you offer methods to withdraw the money from your account, alas debit.

Sign up for an account and read their documentation. It's just that simple.

Read about them.

PayPal is essentially an online money-transfer agent. If you want to withdraw money from it, to your own bank account you need to give them your bank account details. I should ask how old you are?
Credit cards are entirely different thing so get that idea out of your head

To get money online, you'll need a chequing account with your bank (in most cases).
You could also sign up for a service such as 2CO (
http://www.2checkout.com/home.html ) and be able to receive credit card payments and then have 2CO send you a cheque so you don't need to provide your banking details online. Hell, you don't even need a bank account for that because you could always cash a cheque without needing a bank account.
But for the sake of simplicity and convenience, I'd say just go to your bank, sign up for a chequing account, and then give PayPal your details in your account profile.
Then once you receive PayPal money, you'll be able to withdraw that money to your account for a fee.
All the details, as mentioned, are on the PayPal site.

Since no one on these boards are Paypal experts, I would reiterate what has been said many times in this thread: Read the Paypal documentation.
As a reference, Paypal acts, in some sense, like an online bank. When money is received into your Paypal account, you can do one of a few things with it: 1) Leave it there for decisions later, 2) withdraw the money to either a bank account or to a check written to you, or 3) spend the money out of your Paypal account with merchants that accept Paypal as a form of payment.
But before you throw out anymore Paypal/banking/money related questions, please visit the Paypal site, seach for, and read, their documentation and see if the answers aren't there first, as no one here is a Paypal expert.
