US Army Reserves, 92 Yankey, Unit Supply Specialist

Did my basic in Fort LeonardWood, Missouri, and my AIT at Fort Lee, VA.

My Step father was a drill Sgt. in the same battallion that I did my BT in, and did I recieve all sorts of hell for it.

Ahhh Fort Lost in the Woods. I remember it well. Did BT and AIT there (Combat Engineer). That place went from as hot as the Persian Gulf to as cold as Hoenfels, Germany in January.... I guess it did prepare me well for changes in climate..

How freaky is this, I was gonna (and still may) post a poll with age brackets to see how old you guys are. Is it compulsory to go in the services or something in the US? Cos there seem to be a lot of veterans about the place.... I'm off to create a thread with age brackets :P
