Tom's Hardware managed those speeds about 2, maybe 3 years ago (if that's not the same video.) :)

He took a p4 2ghz to 5.1ghz, iirc.

How 'bout the chilly chip? Up to 500+ gigs when super cooled with liquid helium! It seems processors lend themselves to perform at the cryogenic level.
