combining IM's

combining IM's
ive been hearing of a messenger that combines all messengers into one...at present i thought the only one that did this was Yahoo at&t it allows you to talk to your buddies from MSN messenger....is there one out there that combines ICQ, Yahoo, MSN, and AIM?
