Sorry to be blunt, but not only would I not pay, I wouldn't find it useful.
If I wanted to use such a service I would use one of the many similar already-existing, well established ones.

As has already been said, there are many free services out there. Maps are easily accessible, geographical information is another thing ie with postcodes and locations, This information tends to be very country specific and even this information is already available such as at geonames. If I am looking at paying, an established "database" such as the from Royal Mail in England, DeutchePost for Germany would be my preference.
Paying a "lifetime" membership in my view would never work and you are asking for trouble... Would you want to guarantee the information would be available in 50 years time ?
