hmm... that is true, but I don't expect exact science, and in part two of this article, I'll make mention that I could very well be comparing apples to oranges. Do you have any suggestions to make my experiment more accurate?

Quite honestly... I don't think you can, and even if you could, I don't even think it's worth your time to be frank. If I had the time and resources to perform a test like this, I wouldn't have a clue as to how I could do it while maintaining a certain degree of validity.
