I think you will only be uploading the source (in an archive), not the app. I think. So PHP version should have nothing to do with you getting your code up there.

No Some Parts Of The manual was written in simple xml and its aviliable only on >= php 5

Cause its a big frameworkwork it can't run without a manual. and the manual will be on insta.sourceforge.net/man. and some part of the manual is created By simple_xml. so how it would work there??.

Cause
I kept The Codes and Outputs and Db results as xml documents.
And According To verson numbers.
Cause There may be some changes in the next versions. so I'll make just make new examples and codes the php manual will parse it automatically. according to verson numbers in the file/dir name.
