Hi,

i want to start a website where we can easely make a software review site.
So where i can make a page for each software where users can submit comments, etc...
it halso haa to have a good news-sytem, where we can tag each news-item with some keywords.
What cms would you use fore this needings?

For those needings, I wouldn't use a CMS. But that's just me. I'm a DIY-kinda-guy.

But if you really want one that lets you update and have users leave comments, Drupal or Mambo/Whatever-that-other-one-is... Joomla?

I saw this one recently.
Seems pretty easy to work with. Might want to spend an hour or two and see if it fits your needs.

Before you choose a system you should write down a list with exactly what you
1) really, absolutely need
2) would like to have, but not very important

Also take into account who is going to work with the system, what technical knowledge they have, etc

There are so many systems out there, it's hard to pick one if you don't do it a little systematically.

Another cms/weblog system you could have a look at is wordpress.
