What browser do you use?

Yes, I think it's a lot more effort to work around the non-compliant hacks you put in place for IE than it as to add conditional hacks to already compliant code. If it works in FF you can *almost* assume it will work in Opera, Safari, Konqueror and just about everything but IE. It seems like a backward logic to work with a broken browser then workaround your hacks later.
