Do I need a bugtracker?

A year back I installed a Mantis bugtracker for tracking bugs on HTML Purifier. I even went through the trouble of making sure it was skinned properly, and integrated HTML Purifier in it.
Since then, it has collected dust. Not one bug report has ever been filed by someone other than me.
Now, with the task of migrating this tracker from hp.jpsband.org to htmlpurifier.org, I'm wondering whether or not I should just axe the tracker and let users report bugs via the forums or email correspondence. Thoughts?

Why don't you want to move it?

The installation was heavily modified, so I expect problems to arise during migration. Plus, it's another application that I have to keep updated, etc.

Then maybe get another bug tracker?

Have you considered getting the project a presence at sourceforge? It will do your search ratings wonders and you'l also have access to their bug tracking tools, as much as I find them irritating to use.
That said. Just about all my bug reports arrive via email or get posted on this forum. Maybe kill the tracker for now and if you suddenly get overwhelmed with email requests get a fresh one online.

@Oren: Probably would take more work than migrating. Mantis is an okay app, I have nothing against it except that I'm not using it at all.
@d11wtq: I never thought of using SourceForge, but I feel funny making a project page for something that won't use their facilities at all. I have used SourceForge's bugtracker before, and never more!
