No chance. It's a complete ripoff. There are much better featured phones for a lot less cash around. Plus, with the glass screen and improved battery it's going to weigh a tonne, and I hate heavy phones.

Not sure yet. Probably not.

To be honest I hate mobile calling. When I'm out of my house I'm doing something and most often don't want to be disturbed. Sent me an email, I'll read and answer within a few hours. My 4 yr old nokia which allows me to make a call now and then serves me fine.

And spending $500 + monthly costs on an mp3-player/pda/gadget is a bit too much.

It's only available on Cingular/AT&T. The iPhone isn't enough to make me switch services.

I'll be getting one later in the year, possibly October.

Considering it's not available in the US... no. Furthermore, it would help if you stated why is "better."

I've got my eyes on the n95, I can get it on upgrade for next to nothing (about £30 [$55ish USD]) and I only want it for the SatNav.. I get lost when I turn around, so would be very helpful for me. My friend, who is a postman, has had one for a while and he claims it is very accurate. He will walk up a street along one side, then when he turns around and walks down the other, the phone recognises within just a few seconds of him crossing over and turning around, that he has done so. Tres cool in my book 8)

I've already posted about why I wouldn't buy one a while back. Anyways, to cut a long story short, I like my Creative Zen Vision :M and my SE w810i at the moment, and I also like having a battery for each of them :)

I don't see the value in the price they are asking. My phone with numeric buttons works fine for calling people.

It's Apple. They don't have to compete price-wise with anything else on the market. They put whatever price they want on anything they produce and it always sells millions. I still don't know why people (Windows users in particular) buy iPods instead of Creative mp3 players.

I liked the iPods, and they are probably not very cheap to make. I did actually buy two of those...

As far as apple hardware, or their phone though.. not going to happen. I can buy PC parts that do the same thing for significantly less. As for the phone, like I said before, my cheap push button phone works fine.
