Creating a useless poll, because I need to fill time while waiting for this stupid iMac to image its self.

So I decided to create a poll.

Too much water isn't healty. It flushes away things that the body would normaly process.
2 liters is recommended.

Like software design and architecture, that is subjective and sensitive to ones own environment.

Someone that works out daily consumes more water than a couch potatoe, because being active makes you sweat and you loose a lot of water during intense physical activity. Yes, you can actually drink to much water, but I don't think even 5 liters is too much, really depends.

As for your body flushing away otherwise useful nutrients, etc...

Bah...I'm not a certified nutrionist or anything...but water cleans your body out, removing toxins, etc...you only urinate every so often, so your body should absorb what it needs in between sessions. If you leak out all your proteins and water is actually becomes determental to your health, your eating habits need to change. Like eatting more protein.

The toilet. Without it, I'd be one mean developer.
