I want to think to my phone 'iWish iHad a cup of coffe. And iWant iCed coffee cake to go with it' and be able to have my phone call the nearest coffee pot, place my order, set it at the table and have it ready and waiting for me when I get to it.superdezign wrote:The fax cellphone? Screw iPhone! I want paper to come out of my phone! Hehe.
Oh yeah, iAlso want my phone to be my personal ATM, so iCan say to it 'Give me money now' and out of the bottom of the phone will come cash upon cash.

Did that. Made it all the way to a Judge suggesting that they get broken up, and politics interfered - resulting in a slap on the wrist that did nothing to change their behaviors. In fact, it didn't remedy any of the harms they had caused, and even further encouraged their behavior in some markets.Charles256 wrote:As for it being a monopoly, write your nearest law maker and have them sued. There.
Law makers are political, and politics is both fickle, and something we don't discuss here.
Besides, with no anti-trust suit left looming, the free market is the correct place to address the concerns. Some of us are - we walk with our wallets, and make clear why we've chosen to do so - so others can do the same. By doing so, we're improving the computing community.
Do you also want it to make telephone calls, or is that asking too much?Everah wrote:I want to think to my phone 'iWish iHad a cup of coffe.
