Weird Problem with Opera

A few forums includinig this one look perfectly fine with IE and FF but in Opera, the sites appear to have been pulled to the largest extent. I mean, they extend to a very long way towards their right and left. This has been happening only for the last 1 day and I couldn't understand what could be the problem. Any advice please?
PS: I observed that a few topics seem to have some long title but infact they have a very short topic like "Hi". This has been the problem I guess but I have no clue as to what is to be done
Another PS: When I view the source, it displays a weird thing:
and not just Hi... Why is this coming? I used spaces to show that "& # 9 6 1 9;" because when I don't use it, even this page gets extended...!

Yeah even I'm seeing it for the first problem. The surprising part is that a few display errors are creeping up even while displaying search results in Google... I uninstalled and reinstalled Opera but in vain...

query it on the opera forums. when it happens to me on the application that i'm working on (i referanced it above) it does some wierd <span style='color:blue' title='I'm naughty, are you naughty?'>smurf</span> with DIVs where only IE displays it correctly because it was hacked FOR IE. so when Opera is drwaing it the site comes stretched and giant at first and then comes to normal. sometimes it sticks and sometimes images are just everywhere. minimizing it and maximising usually fixes that. make sure to check it on the opera forums and post an image of what you are seeing and an image of FF/IE to show what it's supposed to look like as well.
make sure to post back cuz i would like to see what the problem was.

I observed that this is occuring when one of the posters uses some weird ASCII characters in their posts. When it was frequently occuring on my forums, I PMed one of the posters as to what he was doing differently and he replied that he was using some ASCII characters in his title. I did ask him not to use them but the surprising part is that I see this problem even when the Google Search Results are being displayed. Anyways me going to Opera Forums now.. Will post back any valid reply...

You might want to post a link to a topic that is causing this to happen so others can take a look at it. As it stands you haven't given enough information for anyone to really help.

I'm unable to get that topic now on this forum. But i'll show you something here itself:
Do you see that? I mean, is the page extending itself toward either side?

Can you take some screenshots and post them somewhere so we can see what you are seeing? Also, take the same screenshots in Firefox and IE and post them somewhere along with the Opera screenshots.

Everah | I changed those massive images to links.
Sure...
The correct one is:
Screenshot 1
Opera picture is:
Screenshot 2
I'm exploring more and more damage... See how the google search results are being displayed...
Screenshot 3
I created another user on my computer and the display is correct! So there's something wrong with my present user account. I tried copying the Opera Profile from that new account into my old account but the problem appears again. So, how do I solve it? Any advice?I tried deleting that the profile that is currently present but the problem still persists...

Could it be Opera's handling of the character set or something along those lines?

There is something in my existing Windows Profile that is causing the problem. When I created a new user, the problem wasn't there... I'll try changing to all the Character Sets now..
