portableapps

Post by guitarlvr »

has anyone ever heard of portableapps.com? Basically it is an application that you install to a thumb drive and then it allows you to take applications from computer to computer without installing them on it. it has firefox, XAMPP, notepad++, a virus scanner, putty, filezilla, open office, and some other very cool applications. if you have any interest i would definitely check it out, i love it.

I remember something like this back in the days of Windows 95, You could transfer apps and settings with just ONE floppy disk.
