Is an IP address assigned to an individual computer? If I have two computers at the same location on a network will they each have a different IP address?

Why? IP addresses are generally unreliable. Is there a reason you're after this information?

They will have a different IP address local to them. Whether they appear to have a different IP address to others depends on how they are set up.

I have my network set up like this.
Each computer has its own internal IP address
However every computer on our network has the same external IP adress.
