Building a case against Flash

I'm currently building a case for moving my companies website from Flash to php/mysql. It's an information heavy site that requires frequent updating. My company also wanted to be more visible to Google. So now it's a database driven site that uses mod_rewrite. These two reasons are enough for me but could anyone else give me some fodder on why Flash would not be appropriate in this case.
The site is:

From a quick look at the site it does not do the thing that Flash excels at which is vector animation. All of the menus could be done with standards compliant XHTML.

Turn flash off and see how the site looks without the Flash plugin (Yes, there are people that do not use the Flash plugin). That should be another point to bring up.

Consider the load times of your page with Flash versus that without - people have less and less tolerance for *any* delay in page loading these days. And on the flip-side of that, how much bandwidth will you save? That translates directly into $ you don't have to spend.
Also, what about accessiblity? Does you current flash site have provisions for screen readers? Can it be accessed via web-accessible phones? I doubt that either of these are satisfied with Flash.
