No 3G network, AT&T (without eating your warranty) only. Hardly perfect :P

Also, it would be marginally lighter, as it has no GSM module, nor a camera ;)

I really hope the iPhone will be simlock free at some point (without hacking). I call for around $40/yr, so i'm never going to pay $50/month for a phone
