I found Halo 3 quite boring. It only lived in my 360 for about a week. I'm playing Juiced 2 now.

Someone who agrees with me. :) I can't speak about Halo 3 in particular, but the first two in the series were pretty boring to me, though I only played single-player.

Hmm.. when I go to buy a game that I pre-ordered at Gamestop, do I need the pre-order receipt or do they just look up my name on their server? Just wondering 'cause I've never pre-ordered a game before until this month (Manhunt 2).

I'm going to also add my own game to my "list of anticipated games"-- Seeds of Time Online. :) If any of you like web-based games, particularly RPG's, I'd be happy to see you join. If you're not familiar with the genre, it's like an MMORPG played via web browser.. Some key features I'm proud of are: the ability to catch monsters (they have unique abilities that boost you in battle and otherwise, and they grow with experience points as you do), many deep quests and sidequests, a unique magic system (it's done in a unique way, since this is an automated battle system), a very functional trading system, a player-versus-player combat system (which links up to the trade system so you can place wagers on battles). 8)

I wouldn't pay for Xbox Live, but I still found the first two very fun. I only played multiplayer split-screen with my friends.

Juiced 2 has been cast asunder and now EA Skate is living in my 360. Tony Hawk Pro Skater no longer holds the skateboarding crown in computer gaming. It's absolutely incredible. It's actually like skateboarding!

Outwar > Seeds of Time :D

Anyways, I'm not really looking forward to anything in particular, but I have to disagree with you guys on Halo 3. I play a lot online though, and that's probably why you don't feel it's as good as I do.

Funny you should mention Outwar, that's kinda one of the games I'm trying to learn "what not to do" from. :)

Be a successful video game that pays the salary of an entire company and has thousands of active users? Pssh, what do they know? lol

Oh, I didn't think you were serious in your previous post. Anyway, games which determine your success based off of how many times you've spammed a referral link = lame.

Referral Links? Like Kings Of Chaos style "gimme warriors!" referral links? ;) Didn't they actually state in the rules of KOC that bots were allowable!!!

I haven't heard of Kings of Chaos, but that gameplay style sounds similar to many referral-based games (Outwar included). Ugh.. spam games.. :?

PC: CoD4, UT3 and Crysis to some extent.
PS3: MGS4, Ratchet & Clank, LittleBigPlanet and GTA4. I'll probably be buying the console during/after christmas unless I can't wait to play LBP =P

Part of being successful is knowing your competition. It hasn't been click based in 2+ years.

Hmm that long eh? The rampant referral links still scar my memory.. I still won't play the game based on that because of my attitude towards spam. :)
