Delicious but...

Post by alex.barylski »

Ideally i would prefer something a little more private. Also the ability to share with other users would be great.

Same idea, bookmarking application with tag clouds for organization, etc...

Delicious doesn't appear to allow private bookmarks anymore and I really dont' wish to share *all* of my bookmarks.

I was hoping for something like 37signals style. Simple, effective and to the point.

Any ideas?

just use your browsers bookmark functionality if you don't want to share?

there's the "anti-social" bookmark extension for FF (with tag clouds)

Delicious has some interesting features not supported by default browser bookmarks...tag clouds, etc

Also, I do not want the bookmarks to remain totally private, but I would like to share them with a specific group of people, namely business associates. :)

Maybe what you want is a tumblelog, you could assign different tags to make some posts private and some public.

And the rest of us will split a pizza, it seems.

Pizza has mega calories...maybe ya'll should go for a pita instead? :P

Note that's pita (smallcase) not PITA - which would be your own business not mine.

8O

well that certainly explains the dirty looks at the last meeting... I brought the hot dogs

A hot dog haiku:

pigs lips meet my lips
pigs stomach meets my stomach
a meeting of meat

Anyhow... tumblelog? Oui? Non?

K - I knew there was a reason I liked you - same sense of humor.

I live in Alaska (As I have mentioned before), and everyone up here has that bumper sticker on their truck.

Other than that - your haiku - well - it's quite - uhm - how do you say - ....interesting.

Although, I will repeat it the next time I eat a fat frank out of respect, except it may not be out loud.
