Seriously, doesn't anyone watch the US Patent system who has a clue? You guys ought to band together, stage another world inspiring revolution, and kick someone's ass ;).

It makes me wonder if someone can just patent filing a patent and just make the system grind to a halt.

It's either incredibly D'OH-ish, or incredibly smart.
The debate's still out on my end.
Set Search Time - A google chrome extension. When you search only results from the past year (or set time period) are displayed. Helps tremendously when using new technologies to avoid outdated results.

I think patents are a good idea when their innovative...but most patents that pass in the US patent system are so stupid...Business processes like NetFlix should not be patentable, neither should this...

Patents that have no scientific merit are retarded and give all patents a bad name.
