Dzone is not too bad for an occasional browse for some tags. Lots of other places for other languages.

I google different sites daily...

Primarily I visit devnet and codeproject...most others suck...admittedly I don't follow CSS as much as I should maybe, if I did then maybe those CSS sites would rank higher in my books.

just devnet
Set Search Time - A google chrome extension. When you search only results from the past year (or set time period) are displayed. Helps tremendously when using new technologies to avoid outdated results.
